Our standard line of Chicago Nature Series/Heart of Nature Art Cards are sold with no greeting on the inside. This allows you to communicate your own personal thoughts. Standard Art Cards are sold in quantity discounts. Basically, the more you buy, the more you save! ART CARD GIFT BOX PRICING
Because our art cards are frequently purchased as gifts in money-saving quantities, we thought you'd like to have a nice gift box to properly to present them. Each gift box can comfortably hold 5 to 10 cards and has a white cardboard base with a clear cover so that you can easily see the image on the top card. To hold everything together, each box comes with your choice of a stretch ribbon and bow in shiny silver or gold. Boxes are priced at $1.75/each.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Every Mike MacDonald Limited Edition Photographic Print is made to order according to Mike’s exacting specifications. Therefore, you should expect two to six weeks for delivery. For some of Mike’s more popular images, we try to anticipate the demand. In this case, it’s not uncommon to receive your print in one or two weeks. Other products such as our art cards are usually in stock.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
There are no refunds or exchanges on prints unless defective since our prints are made to order. Refunds and exchanges are granted on products that are not made to order, such as cards, if returned in new condition within 60 days of receipt. All shipments are insured. Therefore, products damaged during shipping are the responsibility of the carrier.

Your prints and products are handled and packaged with the greatest care and attention, then shipped to you in the contiguous US, fully insured, via UPS Ground. UPS guarantees one day delivery to addresses within a 100-mile radius of Chicago. Smaller items such as Art Cards may be shipped by U.S. Mail. Shipping and handling is FREE for non-custom website orders of over $500 shipped within the contiguous U.S. Overnight delivery and other expedited forms of UPS shipping are available at an additional charge. Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped UPS insured, at the lowest rate available. International shipments are shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited or Express. International customers are also responsible for additional import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. Use the following chart to determine shipping charges within the U.S., not including Alaska or Hawaii.
